Sales through the online store are made worldwide with different shipping rates associated. See "Shipping" below to see the price list. 

All collections are present on the website Inês Telles. Some items are not found in the online store - usually due to the degree of complexity of the creation and because they are not available in stock. If you want to know price information for these items and the possibility of ordering them, you can send an email info@inestelles.com with the reference of the articles that interest you.

The jewelry brand Inês Telles is a national trademark registered with the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property). All jewels are designed, studied and built by the author Inês Telles.

The Inês Telles copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the products and content in general on this platform are reserved. Accordingly, no copy, transfer or use of any content on this website is authorized without prior contact and consent from Inês Telles.

  

Prices:

Prices of jewelry available in the online store Inês Telles they include tax at the rate in force in Portugal (VAT of 23%, rate imposed so far).

Inês Telles reserves the right at any time to change the price of items or services and conditions of its online store or to carry out promotional campaigns.

Jewelry prices Inês Telles of the online store are guided by the PVP (Selling Price to the Public) that the author Ines Telles recommends. It may not correspond to the PVP of other commercial areas that sell the articles Inês Telles, this possible difference is beyond our control and depends on the pricing policies of each commercial space.

 

Orders / Purchases:

When placing your order, the customer assumes and accepts the general conditions of sale, prices and descriptions of the items in question.

 

Stock:

We try to make all jewelry presented in the online store available for fast delivery, 3-5 working days, as indicated in our online store. However, being a small team, small scale production and manual processes, there may be some stock failures and shipping delays at times. If the item you are ordering is not in stock and there is a delay in production after placing your order, you will immediately receive a notice from us stating the delay and presenting a new delivery date. We will always be available to resolve any issue and streamline the entire ordering process.

 

Payment:

Payments can be made via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Mbway or ATM Reference.

 

National Shipping:

Shipments to the national territory, continent and islands are made via carrier - Time Race - and have a fixed value of € 5.00, except for exceptions (one-off or other promotions).

After the purchase is made in our online store, the order will be shipped in 1-3 business days by the carrier (except for exceptions, such as out of stock. In this case, you will be contacted by the brand). When the order is processed, you will receive an email from the carrier with contacts and the registration number information, as well as a link where you can follow the order.

The carrier, in normal situations, delivers in 24 hours and sends an SMS with the notice of delivery on the same day. Changes regarding the date and place of delivery must be dealt with directly with the carrier, in order to streamline the process.
The fixed value of the shipment (€ 5.00), does not provide for more than two delivery attempts. If the courier, due to any occurrence on the part of the recipient, is unable to deliver the order, the shipping costs will have to be charged again.

International Shipping:

International shipments are made via the carrier - DPD and the values vary depending on the country.

In normal situations, the delivery time to Europe is 3-5 working days; for the rest of the world 7 working days (these times do not provide for delays due to customs issues).

Please note that International orders for countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs taxes or import duties when entering the country of destination. We have no knowledge or responsibility for the amount of these fees, as they differ from country to country. In that situation, you should contact the authorities of your country for more information.

Registered mail is not insured mail. If you want to take out insurance, it must be communicated via email info@inestelles.com and pay the extra amount of this insurance, which will be indicated by us after consulting the existing possibilities. After sending the article Inês Telles is not responsible for the loss of the order.

 

Exchanges and Returns:

Any part purchased from our online store can be exchanged or returned. Provided it is made within 15 working days after your purchase. The part must be accompanied by the warranty and must not show marks of use.

The exchange or return can be made in person at the workshop using a combination or via carrier. Values for transport (both return and exchange) will not be returned.

For any amount the value of the new shipment is the buyer's responsibility.

In case of return, the amount will be refunded within 72 working hours after receiving the item.

In a situation of exchange, the value of the new shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. Exchanges must be made for equal or greater amounts.
In case you wish to make a return, communicate us via email to info@inestelles.com with your email contact, purchase order number and bank details for refund (account name and IBAN). We will respond shortly for instructions for returning the item.
If the item meets the necessary return requirements, the amount will be refunded within 72 working hours after receiving the item. Transport charges are non-refundable.
Ines Telles You can refuse any return that does not meet the above conservation requirements. If the return is not accepted the refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Repairs:

For any questions regarding repair and maintenance you should contact info@inestelles.com and expose the problem.

 

Resellers:

The jewels Inês Telles are available for purchase in several national and international commercial spaces, some of which are referred to in the Points of Sale tab at the bottom of the site. However, sales policies, prices and terms and conditions are not linked to the online store Inês Telles.

Inês Telles is not responsible for any issue related to the purchase of articles by the author in a commercial space other than yours. For any question you should always contact the store where you purchased the item.

Gift Cards:

How to use:

Inês Telles Gift Card can be used to purchase any product subject to payment available in the atelier and the brand's online store.
 

Online use:

To use the Gift Card on the internet, it is necessary to insert the code sent by email at the checkout of the purchase. The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The Inês Telles Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation / purchase or until the credit runs out.
It cannot be reloaded or used to purchase another Gift Card.
 

Terms and conditions:

Gift Cardcan be purchased only when shopping at the brand's online store (www.inestelles.com) and when shopping at the atelier.

The Gift Card can be purchased through the website's online store with different values ​​to choose from between 35 €, 50 €, 100 €, 150 € and 200 € and cannot be recharged.

No money is refunded if the purchase with the Gift Card is less than the value of the same. Exchanges are allowed on purchases with the Gift Card, and are required whenever accompanied by the warranty of the part and that it does not show damage or signs of wear. Returns are not accepted.
